Raising a child is really exhausting and demanding, on the other side, it is also very fulfilling. Being a mother changes your priorities, it will also make you consider important decisions. If you are working before, you may think whether you should go back to work or be a fulltime mother. Understand food and nutrition
Because babies are undergoing rapid development, their eating habits can be very confusing. In terms of feeding, parents should take the middle way. Do not feed your child when he is not hungry, give him the right amount only. If your child is still dependent on milk, feed on demand. Keep in mind that the eating habit of your child will change as he grows. You should be ready for certain adjustments when he starts to eat solid foods.

Wait for the right time to feed him with solid foods
Some babies can start eating solid foods as early as four months old, but many experts believe that it best time to start when he is six months old. You may start giving him solid food such as rice cereals, which are soft and need not be chewed by your baby. By this time, he may already be teething. To help teeth and gums to be healthy, iron-fortified cereals are recommended. Cereals are recommended to be given once in the morning and another at dinnertime. At first, your baby may not like the food. Eventually, he will get used to the taste and texture of solid foods.

What is a balanced diet?
A balance diet is a combination of food groups containing the essential vitamins, minerals and proper nutrients to nourish one’s health. A balance diet for your growing baby should contain the following items, which have been determined by nutrition experts as essential to one’s health.

  1. Foods rich in Vitamin A which will help develop and maintain healthy teeth, skeletal and soft tissue, mucous membranes, and skin. Some sources of this are carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach and apricots.

Try to get these foods, integrate them in your diet and give them to your child several times a week and he will grow up healthy. It is also important for parents to have good eating habits that can be passed on to their children.
